With an estimated USD 14.7 billion capital cost, the 拉哈海滩 development is one of the most prestigious projects in Abu Dhabi. Comprising eight kilometers of 水front residential housing spread over seven hectares; the development is currently home to 120,000人. Consisting of mixed residential, 零售, recreational and commercial-use properties, the development includes marinas and canals inspired by Abu Dhabi’s sea-faring culture. Work on the project commenced in 2005.
